Welcome to Buzzing Bee Services! By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Buzzing Bee Services provides a variety of home care services in Dubai, including:

• Home maintenance services

• House cleaning services

• Furniture cleaning

• Handyman and painting services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and service request.

You must be at least 18 years old to book services. By using our site and services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in the UAE.

Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

• Prices are quoted in AED and may include VAT where applicable.

• We accept online payments, cash, or card on delivery, as agreed during booking.

• Invoices or receipts can be provided upon request.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the total service fee.

• If a deposit was paid, it will not be refunded in the case of a late cancellation.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Liability and Damages

• We aim to provide high-quality, careful service. However, Buzzing Bee Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions

  • Accidental damage caused during service, unless due to gross negligence

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors
